Shipments and returns
How to place an order: Best is to subscribe directly online, registering yourself is easy. Alternatively, you can WhatsUp: +34 606 109 242 during commercial hours or send emails.
Order procedure: After you placed an order online you receive a confirmation email immediately. If you place an order by WhatsUp or email you will receive a confirmation email the same or next business day. With the confirmation you receive a unique order code, so we can check the status of your order at any time.
Shipping information: When we receive your order, we ship it the same or the next business day. Within Europe, orders that are placed before 12:00 (GMT+2) are shipped the same day with Traceable package - Certified Postal Service - and it will take between 3-7 working days.
Super discrete packing and labelling: All the seeds are hidden in a special way in order to avoid confiscation in the restrictive countries and all packages are discretely packed, with only your address and a return address on the outside of the package. NO LOGOS are visible.
Full Insurance: All packages have a full insurance. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason we either send the package again or refund the payment.
This insurance only applies to countries within the European Union.
Customers are required to know the laws of their country. Should you order something that is not allowed to be shipped to your country and it is seized by customs, you will not receive a refund. We urge all potential customers to check their national laws before purchasing any items from this site.
Shipping costs: The exact shipping costs will be calculated when you place an order. Free delivery for orders above 150 €. Shipping cost for seeds orders is 6 EUR worldwide certificated and we offer with this 1 feminized or auto-flowering seed from DrGreenSeeds or similar and depending on availability of stock.
CONFISCATED AND RETURNING PACKAGES.
ATTENTION: We are unable to exchange or refund WITHOUT the return of the goods in our premises. So please keep your non-germinated seed(s) and package(s) of origin, in order to return them to us. If you received a product in poor condition, our priority is to ensure the fastest and effective possible return. You can inform us by WhatsUp or email.
The shipping of any returns will be in charge of the client.
Our team guarantees optimal conservation of our seeds in our premises, and the care taken in the preparation of your order.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for confiscated orders. All orders are packaged in plain anonymous and discreet packaging, however, due to strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order. If you are unsure, check your national laws. You personally take full responsibility for the products you purchase from DrGreenStore. Importing cannabis seeds can be illegal in some countries, DrGreenStore accepts no responsibility as to verifying the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities. All customers are provided with a tracking number and DrGreenStore will accept no responsibility for packages once the tracking information shows that it has been passed on to your local delivery service. DrGreenStore can and will only take responsibility for your order up to the point where it leaves Spain. Orders that fail to reach this point will be re-sent or refunded depending on the customer's wish.
Returned Packages (COD)
Packages that have been returned to us due to a failed delivery will be re-sent upon the payment of a new shipping charge, this new charge will exclude the price paid for stealth delivery and so will be 5 € for Europe and 20 for the rest of the world. If the package is returned to us twice, DrGreenStore reserves the right to charge a 20€ re-packing fee for the extra time taken in dealing with your order. This will be waived if DrGreenStore is in any way responsible for the failed delivery.
Please note that all customers have 14 days to inform DrGreenStore of their intention to return the goods to us. The customer then has another 14 days in which to return the goods back to us. DrGreenStore will accept all refunds for items sent back to us within this timeframe. The items must be in the same state we sent them out in and the customer will be expected, in the case of returns due to customer error, to pay for the shipping back to us. Customers who do return products will be given the choice of a full refund or a full refund in store credit, whichever they prefer and this refund shall take no longer than 7 working days, (usually immediate). All of DrGreenStore's customers have the right to cancel their order any time up to the point where we have dispatched your order. Cancelled orders shall be refunded either in-store credit or in cash, whichever the customer prefers.
IMPORTANT: The WWW.DRGREENSTORE.COM site can not and shall not be liable for delays, losses, theft and damage of the goods due to carriers and/or customs.
